ipad model A1396

Hi,

I am having trouble installing Apps on my (old) iPad model A1396 32GB from 2011? I presently have the IOS version 9.3.5 (13G36) but some Apps require IOS 10. Is it possible to install IOS 10 on my iPad? If it is, what is the best way to do it?
