Resize the table columns in the notes app
Can you resize the table in the notes app. I have tried to add more information to make it longer/wider, but it seems to have a default setting.
I have excel but would prefer to use this app.

Notes does not support resizing tables. I suggest using a spreadsheet application instead of Notes. You mentioned how you prefer to not use Excel, have you tried Apple's Numbers application?
