how do i save a image from another app too my camera roll since the “save image” icon isn’t there anymore

Saving google images to my ipad camera roll I can't save images to my camera roll since my last ipad update. (Apple Air) I have tried the suggestions but I cant' find restrictions under general in my settings. When I choose Save as an option, the Fetching signal spins around then it says "can't save this image" Happens for all images although they are free. Many don't even give me an option to save even when I hold my finger on the, Options are Share or Download but neither works. If O take a screen shot I lose the transparency of a PNG image. Any suggestions please? Thank you

iPad camera roll As of sometime yesterday 3/13/23, I cannot add a photo from iPad camera roll to a Facebook post. I click on the photo/video icon, which takes me to my camera roll where I can select a picture, but there’s no longer a DONE button visible to click on, which is how the picture would appear in my Facebook post. Where did that Done button go?

Pop up pic on camera app There's always a photo in the bottom lefthand corner of the screen on my camera app - if I delete the photo in photos, the pic on the camera app just changes to another photo. How do I get rid of it?

Are you using iOS 13?

If so, in this example I am using Safari, touch and hold the photo, and it will reveal the actions available:
