Siri won't call Mom and Dad

Siri all of a sudden won't let me call Mom and Dad. Keeps saying "I can't call two people at the same time." This is new to ios 13, always could before. Anybody have a thought on this?

Thanks for the additional information regarding your iPhone.

Here are some possibilities you could use to achieve what you want:

You could try setting up a relationship with Siri as outlined here: Tell Siri about yourself on iPhone - Apple Support
Set up the contact as a singular without using 'and' like 'Parents' or 'Family.'

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. I understand you're unable to start a call with two people using Siri. I'll be happy to explain.

Sorry, I wasn't clear enough, I guess. I have a contact "Mom and Dad." Because they live together ;-) . Now Siri thinks I'm trying to call two people at the same time. Never happened before ios 13
