Refund ROBLOX Charges

My 4 yr old purchased all items named ROBLOX which made us think that we got hacked. We cancelled all of our banking cards. I didn't know how to request a refund until now. There are multiple purchased items that are all Roblox related. I am not sure how she purchased these items, but I kindly request a refund. Thank you for your time.
