Are you referring to a mailbox?

How are you creating them? Describe the steps you're following so that someone can follow along and perhaps duplicate what you're experiencing.
Yes John, it's when I'm creating Mailboxes and the steps I follow are:
Unfortunately what happens then is it momentarily creates the Test Mailbox in the correct place but then it disappears.
Note: this only started occurring on one of my Mail Accounts, the others work OK to create Mailboxes as per the steps above.
Thanks again for your help, it turns out I had too many Mailboxes for that account. Once I did a cleanup and reduced the number I was able to create new ones successfully again.
Also, I've deleted and re-added the troublesome Account to Mail, but this didn't correct the problem.
If this is an Account problem, is there a way of re-setting or exporting/importing its Mailboxes?
Have you tried creating them in WebMail in a Browser, on the Server?
They may not allow it anymore.
