written cancellation notices and continue billing, how to get unsubscribed

I have written emails to support about cancelling subscriptions and nothing has happened. Norton VPN nor EPIX have ever been used. Yet I cannot get them unsubscribed. Is this part of the process making it so difficult to cancel. Please someone from Apple provide an answer. Started getting renew notices in late august about renewal for Norton. Started writing emails asking to cancel. Now one month later still planning on renewal after several requests to be unsubscribed. EPIX exactly same. There is no easy way to cancel probably on purpose; and we need help otherwise the billing continues indefinitely.


If anyone has any suggestions to get Apple's attention it would certainly be welcomed; as to this point nothing has worked.
