Why want it let me download Fortnite on a ipad2 it keeps on saying fortnite is not compatible with this ipad.

Your iPad 2 is not compatible. You cannot update your iPad 2 past iOS 9.3.5 / iOS 9.3.6 (Cellular version)

With Fortnite, you need at least iOS 11.0 or later.

FYI: Fortnite DOES NOT support: iPhone 5S, 6, 6 Plus; iPad 2, 3, 4; iPad Air, Mini 2, 3; iPod Touch 6th gen and lower
