I just upgraded to the 11 pro the other day. When I connected my AirPods the first 5 volume clicks are inaudible. Max volume isn’t very loud. I connected the wired earbuds and the volume is fine. I don’t know why my AirPods cap out at about half the volume of the wired ones. My AirPods are first gen btw.
