IPAD not working post IOS 13 upgrade

Hi Team,


I had a Perfectly working iPad Pro 2018. I did a IOS upgrade last night and it did take overnight for the update to happen.


but now the upgrade is complete but every few mins the screen is going black with the little circle on it which is buffering and it is asking for my Touch ID and password.


Even when the IPAD is idle it’s doing it. I am unable to work on the iPad as it does this once every few mins.


when I go to the setting I see that the upgrade is complete.


can you help me understand what is going wrong pls

Do a -> Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support
