Black default text on ios 13

Hi! I just updated to ios13 and noticed that the white default text now turned black. Particularly, the time and date in lock screen and the application labels in home screen. How can I switch them back to white? Cause I really feel uncomfortable with the black text and find it hard to read. Thank you so much.
