I updated my iPhone XR yesterday and from the moment it restarted my camera has been black screened, my Face ID is also not working now. Can anyone help me out? I updated to an iOS 13.1. The phone was perfectly till I updated it. Will Apple fix this? Is it a bug?

Seems to be a major bug with iOS 13, the forums are flooded with this request. It does not seem specific to a certain generation of iPhone either as I experienced the issue on my iPhone XS Max and my wife's iPhone XR.
Factory resetting my iPhone and reloading everything from scratch worked for me, but the XR is just stuck with this issue no matter what we do. Hopefully Apple will release a fix soon.
