Recently I ligged out of my Apple ID to try and connect with the one from my iPad, but I decided not to and logged back into the Apple ID used for my phone but now all my photos have gone and I’m very stressed is there a way to get them back it’s urgent
If you were syncing photos with iCloud, have you gone to Settings/Your Name/iCloud and made sure Photos syncing is on? Have you allowed time for the sync to complete? The photo sync is very, very slow.
Try Settings/Your Name/iCloud and slide off Photo syncing. Wait a few minutes and then slide syncing on. Allow time for syncing to occur.
Last resort - have you tried signing out of iCloud and then sign back in?
I’ve tried both of these but the photo so haven’t come back? Will I be able to get them or are they gone forever as there was some important photos on the camera roll. iCloud was connected to the photos but I can’t access them
Have you checked the Photos app for a Recently Deleted album? Checked iCloud.com/Photos using a computer browser to see if the photos are there and if there is a Recently Deleted album?
Thank you! All my photos are there on the computer but not on my phone, isn’t there anyway I can transfer them all back to my phone again?
You are welcome. Are the photos at iCloud.com/Photos using a computer browser? How long have you been syncing the photos? It is a very slow process.
Yes it’s on a computer browser, and after following the first steps it’s been a few hours yet no photos have come back
Clarification question - did you check iCloud.com/Photos to see if the photos are there?
Yes and the photos are all there on the browser
Do I setup syncing by turning off photos for iCloud then turning on again?
Yes.
Do you have another WiFi network you could use to try the sync?
