Missing Visual Voicemail

I no longer have visual voicemail on my new iPhone XR and my new carrier, Spectrum Mobile says they support visual voicemail, so how do I get it back?

We cannot figure out why I do not have visual voicemail or how to access it after googling it for hours! Any advice? Contact your carrier. They need to fix it.
