On your iPhone, open the Watch app and scroll down to the “Clock” tab. Scroll down to the bottom where it says “Siri Face Data Sources” and tap it. From here, you can determine what apps can send data to the Siri face. In this case, find Photos and just turn it off.

Two ideas of what may be causing this:

  1. It looks like an item (photo app, maybe?) that you can just close on your watch. I'm not sure, since I don't know the apps you have loaded, but I would check your apps to see if one is photos. if so, you may want to disable to delete it from your watch, if you don't like your albums popping up. Make sure you back up your pics on your phone first, but deleting from my watch has not affected my iphone albums so far. To close this album out, try this:
  • Press the narrow button next to the crown on the side of the watch
  • Any screens or apps that you've opened will l appear (like you see in your top picture)
  • Scroll using your finger until the photos are the top item, touch it (much like you close apps & pages on your phone) and pull left until you see the red "X" to close it. Touch the Red X. This doesn't delete it from your phone. It just closes the app or album until you open it again

2. There is also a place in the watch app on your phone where you can load personal pictures as your watch face. I'm not sure why or if it can, but it may be pulling from there. Either way, you can close it out, using the steps above.
