After installing ios 13.1, my ipad won't connect to wifi.

I just went through this - but got bumped up to senior tech support. We ended up reformatting the iPad. if you have a backup in the cloud this will work. You shut it down, plug it into your computer and then hold down the power button and the home button at the same time. Keep them held down until you see the USB cord show on the ipad screen. Then you'll see it show up in itunes on your computer. Choose to restore.

When it comes back, disregard your computer and follow the steps on the iPad to set it up from scratch.
