So, for some reason. I can't update the Prismatica sound pack to the latest version, it should show "downloaded" after it downloads, but instead, it says "Update". Apple just released a new version of Prismatica today and I'm having trouble trying to get it to update. I have installed iOS 12.4.2 and nothing has fixed that problem. So, what should I do? Help please.
Update: The sound pack finally downloaded successfully. Just to give a heads up. No need to reply back. I can't delete this thread, it won't allow me. So my problem is fixed now.
I’m having the same issue.
even uninstalled GarageBand and reinstalled but still won’t download the Prismatica sound pack... or rather downloads, but then shows as it still needs updating.
help!
Mine is fully working ok now. It probably takes awhile for the servers to allow it to download properly.
It does the download bit, but straight after, it shows as needing updating again.
most odd.
I’m sure Apple is aware of this issue.
