Ipad Air 2 Wi-Fi ios 13.1 update

Updated to 13.1. EXTREMELY slow responses with screens freezing for 30 seconds or more. Unable to log onto wi-fi networks, set Apple ID password. I cannot connect to iTunes (latest version) as it seems to timeout. I did a system recovery (update) though iTunes and still same issues. I would rather not do a complete wipe. Any input would be great.

What kind I do? It is obviously the update, as it has never had a problem like this before. So frustrating. It's a 13, btw.

Cannot update/restore iPad Air 3rd Gen wifi I'm trying to reset my Ipad as i lost my code. I connected it to the mac, i get the message "There's a problem with the [your device name] that requires it to be updated or restored.". I click on update and nothing happens. Same if I try "restore"

WiFi greyed out after Updating to iOS 13.1.2 Hi everyone, I updated my iPhone 8 Plus to iOS 13.1.2 a few weeks ago and since then my WiFi button has been greyed out. I’ve reset the network settings multiple times, restarted/rebooted while in airplane mode, and reset all settings multiple times. I’ve also tried taking out my SIM card. I tried to update iOS through iTunes but received an error saying that the firmware is not compatible. Checked my security settings and firewall settings on my MacBook Air, and made sure my iTunes was updated to the latest version. Tried to restore my backup & update through iTunes, but received the same error. So now I’m stuck on 13.1.2 because I can’t update OTA or through iTunes. I’m trying to avoid resetting my phone to factory settings because 1. A lot of people with the same issue have said that it hasn’t helped and 2. If it doesn’t work, then I’m afraid if I try to restore my phone’s backup through iTunes it will give me the same error thus, leaving my phone completely blank without my contacts, photos, etc. Anyone else having this problem? I wish I never updated to iOS 13 because it’s been nothing but problems smh. Any help would be appreciated!

There have been several complaints of iPadOS 13 and iPad Air 2. I suggest trying to restore your iPad.
