No, you're correct that there are some Wifi 6 routers out there. There aren't many though. I guess I'll amend my response then to say there is no designation of Wifi 6 on iPhone. Just that iPhone came prepared for Wifi 6.

Do you have an Wifi 6 Router? Does your ISP even support Wifi 6 yet? It's far from widely supported in the real yet.

Yes, you are confused. There are NO Wifi 6 routers. You're confusing a Wifi standard, which updates every year, with what bands a router broadcasts a Wifi signal. Doesn't matter whether Samsung suggest Wifi 6. That's hokus pokus, just like AT&T saying 5G is on any cell phone.

I think you're confused. Wifi 6 is a new standard for Wifi and has nothing to do whatsoever with Wifi 2.4ghz or 5ghz.

I’m guessing it doesn’t matter, you are either connected to Wifi or you aren’t.
