After upgrading to iOS 13.1 can't upload video to email

THanks--this helps, but doesn't solve the problem of what seems to be a bug in the new iOS--I used to be able to do an upload from the Photo app and from Mail (as you described); now I have to do it only from Mail. Thanks again.
Becky 22--thanks. That way works. What doesn't work is my going to Photos, choosing a video, and then trying to upload that directly to Mail (or Message, too). It shows it's loading, and then crashes. Thanks again.

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today. It sounds like you aren't able to send emails with video on your iPhone.
In iOS 13, you have the option of adding a video or any other attachment inside an email you are composing: Add attachments to an email on iPhone. Scroll to the section "Insert a saved photo or video". You just need to tap the email to see the format bar above the keyboard.
You should still see the mail option when sharing: Share photos and videos on iPhone.
If you aren't seeing these options, try restarting your iPhone: Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
Also be sure you have a solid connection to your cellular data and Wi-Fi.
If this doesn't resolve the issue, let me know more details.

Not so good--hard to delete Photos or Camera. And that doesn't actually seem to be the issue--seems to be a bug in the new iOS as this used to work before I upgraded. Thanks anyway.
