measuring app not showing up in my iphone 7 plus

so basically i cant find the measuring app anywhere in my iphone 7 plus i tried searching it in the search thingy i tried searching it in the setting search *** well but it dosent show up anywhere i couldn’t find it when i used ios 12 still cant find it in ios 13 as well

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities! I understand from the information you provided that you’re unable to find the Measure app on your iPhone; I'd like to help.

First let's have you see if you can find the app using the Search feature:

Use Search on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If you can't find it using Search, the app may have been deleted off the iPhone. Here's a resource that will show how to get it back:

Manage the built-in Apple apps on your iOS 12 or later device or Apple Watch

Specifically, take a look at the section labeled "Restore a built-in app that you deleted"
