Battery draining while charging

I woke up and noticed my phone didn’t charge , the battery percentage is going down 1% every 3mn i have an iPhone 7 plus with IOS 12.4

If your iPhone is no longer charging, you'll want to follow these steps to help: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't charge - Apple Support The troubleshooting here includes trying to charge your iPhone with a different Lightning cable, power adapter and power source. Let me know if you are able to isolate the issue down to your iPhone, or one of your charging components to get your phone charging successfully again.
