My Apple Watch band won’t lock in place.

I recently had to get a new Apple Watch. I tried putting one of my old bands on, but one of the sides would lock in place. They are the same size but my only my non Apple band works. Is there something I can do to help the Apple sports band lock in place?

Take the band or bands along with the watch to your local Apple Store and have them take a look at the problem and sort it out for you.

Could also try scrubbing the ends of the bands once removed from the watch with an old toothbrush and warm soapy water to see if that may help.
