iPhone Trade In
I have a small crack on my iPhone 6s in the upper right hand corner (see picture). Can I still trade it in and get $100 of the iPhone 11?

I was in my local Apple Store yesterday trading my pristine Xs Max and another person was trying to trade their 7s, with a similar crack next to me and they wouldn't give them a trade value with the crack on the screen. Perhaps a different Apple Store will give value.
Probably not but they will recycle it for you. You can check to see an estimate here: Apple Trade In - Apple
No, they won't give the $100. They will only give that to phones which have not been damaged.
Too old with that kind of damage.
It depends on whether you are trading it in directly towards buying a new one, how new the traded iPhone is, the level of the damage and the model iPhone you are trading in.
I used the link above and went to buy an iPhone 11 Pro Max while trading in an iPhone XS Max with a cracked or scratched screen. It provided as estimate of $215.
I'm not surprised someone had trouble trading an iPhone 7s since Apple never made one.
Exactly, hence why I suggested the OP who has a cracked screen 6s won't likely get any credit for it in trade.
That is not absolutely true, on newer iPhone they will take a trade-in with minor damage and they are more liberal with the amount when directly trading it in for a new iPhone.
Meant a 7. Still they wanted to trade for credit towards an 11.
