If there is a crack on the back of my iPhone XR, will it still be able to be traded in?

If there is a crack on the back of my phone, will it still be able to be traded in for a same value if it wasn't.

You will need to reveal any damage while using this process; most likely, you will be offered to have the device recycled. Damaged items are usually not eligible.

Why Calls are a Bit of a Wait:

Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. And, that makes sense because with the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple Support. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
