Only Apple can answer that. Typically no if the back glass is cracked. The phone can't be repaired as the back glass is fused to the phone. If you were take the phone to Apple for repair, they would offer the opportunity to purchase an Out of Warranty replacement phone at about 60% of the cost of the phone when new. Given that, it's not too likely they will offer a trade value for a damaged phone, which can't be fixed.
