Iphone 4 diasabled

Hi

I need some help, my child disabled my iPhone by putting in the code incorrectly.

it says - ""iPhone disabled connect to iTunes

I tried that and the PC asks me to put in the unlock code on the iPhone.

so im stuck..

is there a time period I need to wait?
