My iPhone 6s won't restore i forgot my password and locked the phone, i didn't have a back up so i tried to reset it back to factory settings but it won't reload it just keeps saying error 10

That is most often going to be a hardware error on your iPhone. Click on the Contact Support link at the top right of this page to start the service process.
