I have been using the notes app to modify pdfs and pictures with markup and I had no problem going into my notes and erasing past markups even days after but now it will not let me erase any marks, even from five seconds ago when I leave the pdf. It’s like it becomes permanent and I need some of these notes to be modular. Please any advice.
Notepad click on the folder or notes then double click on the picture it gets big and expands then in the top right you will see a pen symbol click on it it and all the controls will come up to markup or ease. You might also need to turn off the device and turn back on sometimes it’s error that needs to be refreshed.
I know how to use markup and bring up the tools, that isn’t the problem. The problem is that when I try to erase with the markup eraser, the markings are not erased and nothing happens
