iphone 11 stopped wirelessly charging

Hey guys, update here. I tried shutting the phone down and turning it back on. WORKS! It now charges wirelessly again!

I had this problem. Contacted support. No solution. I turned phone off and on. Problem GONE

As mentioned above. I had this same problem. Turned my phone completely off and back on again and it charged as normal. Simple. Hope this works for you.

Purchased 2 iphone 11's November 22, 2019.... one of them stopped wireless charging and the other one is currently working just fine. I took the one that stopped charging to Apple store a few days ago (after 2 calls to tech support) and they ran diagnostics on it and said there was no hardware problem. They re-installed ios and said if it quit charging again the phone would need to be replaced... hopefully it won't stop charging with the new ios installed....

I have the same issue with iPhone 11 Pro Max. After device reloading wireless charging start to work. In 1-2 days it stops charging again. And again I have to reload in order to make it working.

No issues so far using the Belkin Boost-Up wireless charging stand. No issue with the 2 iPhone 11 Pro Max devices either. Was it initially working for you? Did it stop after the 13.1 update or the one that followed?

Please post more details of precisely what happened and what you tried to resolve it.

Having same problem with my iPhone 11. Wirelessly charged with my charger bought at Costco for a couple of weeks. Now, it will not. Not the charger. My wifes 11 charges fine. What gives? Solution?

Well, tech support by phone had me reset the phone twice, as you did, and the issue still exists thus I went to Apple Store for diagnosis...... that's why I posted..
