Microphones/sounds issues after iOS update 13

After iOS update i have problems with microphones:

recorded videos using rear camera - low sound volume and / or gaps (sound interruptions)
low sound volume on the receiver with speaker mode ON - normal phone call or any other app (Whatsapp, Skype) when speaker mode is used

The only one thing/microphone that seems to be still working normal is the one used for "normal" calls (using the earpiece for sound receiving) and for Voice Memos (i suppose it is the same microphone piece used/involved).

I tried every suggestion (hardware and/or software including update 13.1.1) found over the web/support portals until now with no luck/success.

Any idea about a fixing solution?

Any near future software update to fix the problem and have the phone working again as it was before the recent updates?

Hello Feli_Po,

After reviewing your post, it sounds like there is trouble with the microphone on the iPhone using multiple apps. It looks like you have already done some troubleshooting to solve this issue.
