How do I turn a pathname into a link

I have searched but cannot find anything on turning a folder pathname into a clickable link that I can have pasted in a document.

Essentially, I want to have a document that has a link on it that will open a finder window with the contents of that folder displayed.

I know how to get the pathname - but what do I add to make it a link?

/Users/imac/Documents/PKMS Development Project Material/Previous PKMS/Old PKMS
