i don't use that phone number anymore

so my apple products are asking about the security of my devices but at the end, they are trying to send me a text message to a number that I don't use anymore. I try to updated but according to my Apple ID I don't have any number register.. when I click on the option *don't have access to this phone* it sends me to a apple support page that saids *sorry page not found* PLEASE HELP
