I had a list of my medications on the My Health app, but after the update to ios13, that list isn’t there and has been replaced by something that requires my connection to the doctor. How can I find my list again?

Accidentally found it. Open the Health app. At the top next to the word Summary tap on your initials. Under Medical Details, select Medical ID. All your info should appear.
