Hi, my sony headsets are not showing in my bluetooth devices list. Does anyone know what can cause the problem? it was not a problem with my old iphone x telephone....

Longpress the power button of your headphones for about 7 seconds to enable pairing mode on your headphones. This should make the device show up. Had the exact same issue, apparently the headphones don’t show up in discovery if they’re already paired with some other device even if they’re disconnected. Hope this helps. :)
