I’m on an iPad Pro 12.9. I have a Logitech K810 Bluetooth keyboard. I also have a Logitech M557 mouse.
When connected to the iPad sometimes they work. But some times (most days nowadays) they lag out don’t even connect. What gives? The problem seems to get bad when I get a message or phone call on my phone X, which is Apple product connected to the iPad. Help?
It was solved. Don’t use Logitech M557 Bluetooth mouse. Or more specifically buy a Microsoft Surface Mobile Mouse. Something about the Bluetooth version/signal seems to be the solution. I use a Logitech K810 keyboard and that seems to work fine with the Mobile Mouse, too. But when the iPad Pro 12.9 is paired with the M557, then even the keyboard lagged. Turn off the M557 and the keyboard stops lagging. Connect the Mobile Mouse and no lag issues since!

Try resetting iPad's settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. Be certain you do not select Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings.
Thanks but I’ve already tried that. Also, my best solution so far is to turn off the iPad AND iPhone then reboot the iPad first. That seems to help for a short while. But the problem is that at some point it lags badly again. It “appears” to happen if the iPhone is on LTE and I get a phone call or iMessage that the iPad picks up through iPhone’s iCloud settings.
Anyone? The mouse and keyboard on Bluetooth is really slow on iPad Pro!
Actually I take it back on the phone call creating the lag. I just received a call from iPhone to iPad, and picked up the call on the iPad. And apparently I see no lag on either the Bluetooth mouse or keyboard.
BTW I own a WiFi only iPad so the iPhone connection matters in order to intercept the phone call from iPhone to iPad.
