How to change CSV Export field delimiter in Mac Numbers

I rely on the CSV to be comma-delimited (there is no way around that) but Mac Numbers gives the fields semicolon-delimited:

Boost VC;Silicon Valley, USA;Investor;XXX;ccc;;;;;;;;
First Star Ventures;Cambridge;Investor;;;;;;;;;;

The software that reads these CSVs only accepts them like this:

LP,Name,Location,Market,Focus,Tags,Website
Fintech,Bitrefill,Stockholm,Ecommerce,"Shopping, Ecommerce","Poseidon Group, Fulgur Ventures, BHB Network, Chainside, inbitcoin",2000000,,yes,no

There is no option in the export dialog to set the delimiter, just encoding.

How can I set the delimiter to comma for CSV exports? (*.numbers -> *.csv)

usually, when the comma is the delimiter you are in a locale where the period is the decimal separator. When the semicolon is used, that may be an indication the file originated in a locale where the comma is the decimal separator.

what is your physical location as set in the Language and & regions settings for the file you are working on?

I the screenshot below, you would be able to change the region. I shared the document, so I cannot change it until I stop sharing. Choose a region where the period is used as the decimal separator
