The search bar is missing on the notifications screen after upgrade to ios 13.1.1 on ipad pro.

To get the search bar on any iPad running iOS 10, 11, 12 or iPadOS 13 you place your finger in the very middle of the display and swipe down. It’s been that way now for 3 years.
