Find My Friends disabled with iOS 13.1

Since updating my iPhone XS to iOS 13.1, Find My Friends app is not even available to me. The app store says "This app requires specific features not available on this device." Any ideas what could be causing the app store to think a year old iPhone can't use Find My Friends? Cellular, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are all on and functioning with all other apps. Location Services are on.
