Enabling TRIM on multiple SSD in system?

Probably a simple question. If I have more than one SSD in my system do I need to enable TRIM on each one individually, or is that something you enable on a system-wide basis?

If you do have to do it individually, how do you do that?

Here's the info I found in an older thread. But, it doesn't specify per drive anywhere.

To enable TRIM, first save all your open documents as this will reboot your Mac.

1) launch Terminal.

2) Type "sudo trimforce enable".

3) Confirm that you want to enable trim.

4) Reboot your Mac.

This question is regarding a mid-2010 MacBook Pro running macOS High Sierra. However, I also have two drives in a late-2012 Mac Mini.

You only need to perform those commands once to enable TRIM on the SSDs in each machine.
