iOS 13.1 Bluetooth notifications to vehicle not working

2014 Honda Accord LX with Hondalink was receiving and reading back text notifications from iPhone 7, on the IOS-13 version.

Upgraded to iPhone 11, IOS-13.1.1 and texts are no longer working.

My iPhone is not getting any text notifications through Bluetooth devices or CarPlay. July 1, 2022 No text messages notifications through Bluetooth devices or CarPlay lately. Both worked earlier. I listen to music through Apple’s music app and to Audible. I’ve tried “soft restart” and deleted all settings and all paired devices and cars from phone and started over with the same problem. iphone 12, bluetooth for "uconnect" Want to get messages on my dodge vehicle, however when I pair the phone to the car, under bluetooth, it has uconnect, but does not provide an option for notifications. How do I get text messages to my car display?
