When someone sends me a tact message that has a twitter video, the Twitter s as pp opens, but there is no sound. I’ve looked in both Twitter and sounds and see nothing that would change this.
I just noticed that I also get no audio on videos that people I follow also.
Any ideas?

Force quit the Twitter app and restart your iPhone. See if this has any impact on the issue:

If that doesn’t help, delete the Twitter app from your iPhone, restart, and install the app back onto your iPhone. Test again and see if this resolves the issue.
If not, back up and update to iOS 13.1.2 to further isolate the issue:
