Personally i wouldn't. Note the lack of warranty in the following from iPhone 11 - Technical Specifications - Apple
iPhone 11 is splash, water, and dust resistant and was tested under controlled laboratory conditions with a rating of IP68 under IEC standard 60529 (maximum depth of 2 meters up to 30 minutes). Splash, water, and dust resistance are not permanent conditions and resistance might decrease as a result of normal wear. Do not attempt to charge a wet iPhone; refer to the user guide for cleaning and drying instructions. Liquid damage not covered under warranty.

Deliberately or repeatedly exposing any IP67 or IP68 rated electronics to water is a recipe for disaster. These ratings are intended to provide some measure of protection against occasional, accidental exposure to water. They are not water proof ratings and are not an endorsement to use devices in a water environment.
This is also why not a single company offering IP67 or 68 rated smart phones covers water damage in the default warranty. It simply is not a guarantee against water damage. All it represents is an improved chance of survival to water exposure relative to a non-IP rated device.
Not if you want it to continue working.
