Unable to see Shared Reminders even after Update, and Unable to Add Members to Reminders

Hi Community,

After the recent Reminders App update, my family was not able to see the Shared Reminders we had created even after all of us upgraded to the new reminders version. I tried to see if Deleting the members and adding them again will work; but i was successfully able to Delete the Members but now when i try to add the members the portion where it lets me add the members never comes up. It goes to a blank screen depicting that the phone is opening the page but then automatically cancels out and takes me back to the Shared list.

I tried restarting the phone creating a new list and trying to add members, both didn't work. Would appreciate any help since I cannot contact Apple Support since Apple Care ended for my device.
