My iPhone 8 Plus is running iOS 13. My repeat alerts for my text messages is not working. I reset my iPhone and did the restart. I've tried almost all of the internet suggestions and still no fix yet. Can anyone help? Thanks.

iOS 13.2 released today and Repeat Alerts is finally fixed.
I am the same . I have a new iPhone 11 and thought it was the phone. I have always set mine to repeat 10 times and all my devices are set to this but only get alerted once. It is a IOS 13 issue . I was running an old iPad mini with IOS 9.4 and that still worked fine 10 repeat alerts for text messages. Come on Apple sort it out.
