Appstore

I tried to download an application and appstore said me that you have to change it to USA store to download this. And i clicked on change the store. Then i tried to download the application again and it didn’t work. Then i tried to download other random applications from my country which is turkey it said that you have to be in turkish store to download. Then i tried to change my store manually but it said you have to spend your money in your account first. What the ****? Now i can’t download anything from appstore. I am like lost in space. How can i fix this?
