Bad quality Bluetooth voice call

I just got my cellular Apple Watch two weeks ago and I am experiencing low quality while voice calling with disconnections.

I'm getting better voice call quality without using Bluetooth headsets. I tried Huawei freebuds which was terrible although it works fine with iPhone XR and then I tried using Sony Wi300 which still not getting expected voice quality.

Would like to know your experiment using apple watch for voice calls.

Hey Naharis,

If I understand correctly, there is a connection and sound quality issue with Bluetooth headphones with your Apple Watch. Does this happen if you use it with other devices like an iPhone or Mac? This can also be caused by wireless interference. I would recommend you use this article to help troubleshoot the issue.

Hey Naharis,

Thanks for the update. There are a few step you have not mentioned having tried.

"Pair your headphones again

Pair—or connect—your headphones again. Find instructions for your headphones and the device that you want to pair them with:

If your headphones continue to disconnect, contact Apple Support."

Take care.
