I just started my apple music subscription maybe like 2 days ago, but my girlfriend wants to try it out too doesn't want to subscribe to it yet and she uses an android, So right now my question is that I currently have the individual plan for 3 months if I upgrade it to the family plan will my subscription end and charge me the $14.99 right away or does the 3 month trial roll over to the family plan and after the 3 months I get charged?

I see from your post that you are currently in a trial subscription for Apple Music and you want to know if you can transfer the trial in a Family Subscription for Apple Music so that your girlfriend can try it with you.
In this particular situation, you would not be able to transfer the trial to a family subscription.
As noted in the article, Manage your Apple Music subscription:
"If you cancel Apple Music, you'll lose access to the Apple Music catalog, any music that you added to your Library, and the features of Apple Music when your current subscription period ends.
If you cancel during your trial period, you’ll lose access to the catalog and features of Apple Music immediately."
If your girlfriend hasn't joined with a trial membership, she can do one herself on her Android phone.
