App Store Review screen

We are trying to purchase apps and keep getting prompted to “Apple ID has not been used yet. Tap to review.” We press review and login and then it keeps sending us right back to this tap to review prompt screen but will never let us login or purchase an app.

Try reviewing your payment information to see if that will make the screen go away.


Apple ID payment information - change


If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.  You may need to pick a problem that is slightly different than yours to get a chat option.
