Apple Mail not connecting to UK2 but OK on iPhone!? :/

It's OK on the iPhone but not on MacBook Apple Mail app, which is very strange. It just hangs and won't connect

Also won't connect with Mozilla Thunderbird and Spark. So I think it might be something with the connection security on the Macbook?? It's a 2015 running updated Mojave.

UK2 support don't know.

Any suggestions appreciated.
